I have tried this on 2 different computers, one with vista one with XP. The clothing skirts do not show up. I asked somebody on the old client if he could see it, and he could not. So I can't wear several of my outfits.

I had this problem the other night, with windlight preview, the skirt section of my jacket vanished, only showed up when i went into edit appearance and re-vanished soon as i closed the appearance window. This persisted through several relog and clothing changes.

In the end i tried a rebake twice, this takes several minutes each time to complete and after that it was fine again. Rebake is an option in the Client menu, ctr-alt-r to rebake textures.

Hope this works for you also. :)

Yup...I cannot wear skirts at all with Windlight....they either don't ever show up....or I see them briefly, then poof gone. Noone else can see them either....so it just doesn't seem to want to render that texture period. I've tried all the usual stuff....rebake....edit appearance...take it off, put it on again......something is definitely up with the texturing. I also tend to get weird textures when I edit.....things will show up that aren't there lol Like a skirt I'm NOT wearing. LOL

Anyway...this is why they put out the Firstlooks.....so we can spot the kinks and get em worked out before it becomes a fully integrated feature.
