If you do Client - UI - SLurl Test, there's an option for Immediate TP that doesn't show the form of the SLurl.
What is the form of the url?
Hmm, that seems to be a reasonably functional mozilla browser there, easily accessed.

Standard slurls posted in chat activate the floater when clicked. You get the same floater opens if you open up a landmark.
I wish they would have a show-on-map option in the inventory right click menu.
