I'm really not sure if anyone is having this problem as well.. but this only started till I was forced to upgrade to the latest version.
Basically my camera rotates at very tiny intervals, randomly, and by itself. Sometimes my AV moves backwards by itself sporadically too. It makes it pretty much impossible to play since I could be either "Focusing on an object, or trying to edit something, and it pulls me back as if -I- moved the camera or hit the arrow key"
Very strange bug indeed. I'm gonna downgrade back to regular client till next RC.

It can be either delayed latency of movement (a packet or two being held in a cache, which when flushed, then adds the final movement you made previously, or historically), for the most part, packets have a life span and timeout, but sometimes the caches can keep them fresh.
With the deployment of new code onto the servers and the weekends latency issues on the servers, it's possible this will be an issue until that is finished and settles down.
Another possibility maybe that you are using a wireless connection, which are reknowned for suffering latency, or your connection overall is suffering latency.
