Windlight graphics trouble - Reflections nor glow work

I just downloaded the new windlight release, and was less than amazed with my graphics =\ I have a geforce 7800 gs, so I KNOW that it can handle dynamic reflections and glow, but I think it's my drivers. I'm using the recently released beta forceware, so if anyone else has a gs can they direct me to drivers that actually work with render glow and dynamic reflections in windlight?
I know it's my drivers because on the release candidate, if I tried to enable render glow my client would crash - before I upgraded my drivers it worked though

I'm getting the same thing. Check out my screenshots at http://www.pcurzi.net/index.php/Windlight-issues.html

Does your problem look similar to mine?

You should try the most recent WHQL 163.75 Forceware drivers, Joe. See if that helps.

Btw, I wouldn't manually turn on DynamicReflections in debug settings, it just doesn't work with the First Look viewer for some reason. But if you're referring to the water dynamic reflections and not the one you can find in the debug settings, disregard the above.

Braya, have you tried adjusting your Advanced Sky settings under World> Environmental Editor? I know Distance Multiplier affects the distance fog settings with the Atmospheric Shaders on. The other problems you're having, I haven't run into them yet.

I'm afraid that the fog issue is that the fog is simply forced off. I'm not referring to the sky-based fog which works fine, but the general sort which has been in SL forever. Even the "fog distance ratio" setting is grayed out in this situation.

So with Atmospheric Shaders unchecked, your Fog Distance Ratio setting under the Hardware Settings button is still grayed out?

But if you do have the Atmospheric Shaders turned on, then the Fog Distance Ratio should be greyed out and the WindLight's Distance Multiplier setting is suppose to take over the job.

Edit: Heh, my client is crashing every time I turn off a WindLight feature in an attempt to replicate your problem, Braya.

Oh, and I just noticed, you're using WinVista... that's an environment I can't replicate.
