Almost stop motion when dancing... do not know how to fix

I do not know enough about this to say much about it other than I was forced to upgrade today and ever since then if I go to a dance club everyone but me is almost in stop motion. Another person said that they are having the same problems.

I am assuming this is this First Look thing.

Could someone point me in the right direction in getting rid of it or installing another version? I would like to simply go back to the way it was before the update. It is driving me a little batty.

I am on Windows Vista Basic, laptop less than 6 months old, 1.5 gig of RAM. I do not know what else to tell about it so please ask.

probably from avatar imposters. Up your avater detail slider... the lower you have it, the closer it starts using avatar imposters.. which look simple and very stop motion... but helps things run better overall.

In the Advanced menu, under Character, there is a Slow motion animations switch for recording, make sure that is unchecked. That maybe the issue.
