Child prim payment bug still exists!

Hi, this is something I thought was solved from the release notes, but apparently not.

I've had people pay child prims as recently as today with the First Look client (version unknown) and money came to me, but the child prim did not perform the needed action (script updating a value, like a rent-o-matic).

Is there a way to ensure the child prim bug is fixed, or if it is, end all grid access of the First Look versions that don't have it fixed?

I'd issue a bug report if I can get back inworld and duplicate this - the person that tried was unable to relog so I couldn't file it.

Something like this happened to me Monday (27th) with my vendors. They would accept the payment but do nothing after that. However it seemed to be happening to everyone except myself, they would work for me. I restarted the region, that didn't fix it. Then I reset the vendors, and they went back to functioning normally. It was most odd. But as such I'm not sure it was linked to the viewer, so it may be a different issue.
