Can't Log Back In after Region went down

I was running the First Look viewer this afternoon when SL reported they were having network issues. The region I was in went down and I was forced to quit First Look and reboot. I tried to log back in and got the "you are being logged out of the system.. your account won't be available until 2007-02-22 xx:xx:xx Pacific Time [3-5 minutes later every time]."

I gave up after 45 minutes and waited two HOURS before rebooting and trying again. I still could not log in with either SL or FL, still getting the same message. I have submitted a support request but wanted to note the problem here as well because I am not sure if it has anything to do with the new First Look viewr or not. I still cannot log back in.. still the same message.

Just a quick follow-up. It took 5 hours and some help but I was able to finally log back into SL around 8pm SLT. Apparently what happened is earlier today when SL had posted it was having "Network problems" the sim I was in went down. I was forced to exit SL and relog. Unfortunately for me and everyone else on the sim the sim was not restarted. Indeed it stayed like that for 5 hours until a friend of mine logged in under an alt and saw not only me, but his regular av and everyone else on the sim still there but not responding.. sorta like the living dead. He contacted Live Help and had the sim rebooted. That fixed the problem.
