A friend was mid TP and crashed , she logged back in ...and was butt naked .... inventory only had 6 trash can's .... and 6 lost and found folders .... no inventory items
Did all the usual things .. cleard cache ... fresh instale .... still the same .
I know this must be server side as all the inventory is stored on a server ..... anyone herd of this befor ?
Any work around ? ....im puzzled by this .... 6 trash cans ??
Any help is good help .. tks

Ive never came across that one yet and the only thing I can think of left to try is do a full uninstal and reinstal. Make SURE that the Second Life folder in C:/Documents and Settings/<computer name>/Application Data / is removed. this will give you a complete clean reinstal. If that doesnt work it is certainly sever side.

But its very annoying. I noticed that... Not exactly sure why they decided they would change that, but now having to go in and manually delete crap is very annoying indeed. |

Any help is good help .. tks You will most likely have to go through support to correct this problem. Put in a ticket, or if you are premium, get into a live chat session and see what they say. It is has happened to others before and LL had to go and manually do something that fixed the glitch.

thanks for the help guys and girls . Yes we did all the full uninstal and reinstal befor i come here ... wiped the drive clean of anything SL ... fresh download ..still the same ...so this is no dout a serverside issue . My friend is not a premium member ...and this has realy put her off ... her whole inventory GONE ....and 6 trash can's o_O weird . Ok i will wait till monday and try and see if i can use my account to get noticed in a live chat :0 Thanks again ppl
