An estate manager can do everything an estate owner can, except:

-- sell an island
-- anything else?

1) Bake terrain.
2) Download raw terrain files (not sure, please check this!)

An Estate Manager can not:
* Sell the sim
* Add or remove additional Estate Managers
* Download or upload the .RAW terrain files for the sim
* Bake the terrain for the sim
* Deed Land or Access "About Land" for parcels, unless seperately granted that right as a group role.

Other than that, an Estate Manager has almost all the same controls as a sim owner, Including:
* Set land for sale, set land prices, and change the Covenant text for a parcel.
* Requests sim rollbacks and other aid from the Concierge. :eek:
