I have been on SL now for some time and have got to the stage were myself and someone iv met up with wish to have our “own place,” so we have decided to rent a house for the time being, can any one please recommend a good reliable person to do business with that will provide us with reasonable cost, nice housing for rent, we will consider many different locations and styles of property.
I thought it best to seek advice here first before parting with any money, thank you all once again for any help and advice you may be able to give us.

Try searching for Hawaii-Kai. I rented there when I first joined SL before buying my own land. Beautifully landscaped and the owners were very helpful. Although I have forgotten who they were.... but I think Jessitua Petion may have had something to do with ... Are you reading Jessitua? Maybe you could confirm.

Hi Rachel I am currently renting out properties on Fatimas Love - themed around Victorian/Edwardian architecture, plenty of open space and priced UNDER what it actually costs me per m2. Rachel, I agree with Incanus above, i've just begun renting with him & he & Fatima have a beautiful sim & are such nice people, i'm sure you'd love it there too, they can't do enough to help. Great place to be, take a look =)

I rented before I became a premium member, and really liked the house and the area. The owner was Lizzie Bergson, and I thought the rent was very reasonable, and a decent amount of prims. I actually had more prims to use there than I now have on my 1024M land! And the rent was the cheapest I found in SL when I was looking for rentals, at least if you take the price per prim value!
