I still have some questions about second life, but I cant find the live help in the "Help"pull down menu in the word any more since SL was updated yesterday. was Live Help cancelled? if not,where is it ? ? I have set my land to Show in Search Places as a Hangout already,but one of my friends is still not able to post event notices for me at my parcel. How should i change my land options so that she will have no limit to post the notices at my place for me? Please tell me if you know the solution about it , your helps will be pretty appericated  |

Live Help was cancelled as of this version.
Have a look at the official blog, there were a few announcements about it.

Its very helpful for most presidents. Why it was removed ? thanx anyway. The live help in last two version is Live Request.

Basically, it was felt that the Live help volunteers were being inundated with basic questions that could be answered by reading the various areas of the website, or by asking people in world. The providers felt it wasn't an effective use of resources.
