Does anyone have any hints on jewelry and attachment points? I wear more than most and it seems like every time I position a necklace, 2 necklaces, nipple ring, rings, multiple ear piercings, etc, they move when my AO is on or when I'm dancing. Attaching to the chest or spine seems to work ok for most things, but that is obviously only 2 attachment points for about 5 things I'd want to stay put while doing anything other than standing still.

Is there a list of types of jewelry and ideal and possibly secondary attachment points?

nope, gotta cut on the bling.

Alternatively you can edit and merge them

Agreed, if you want to wear a lot at once, you'll probably need to link some of it in sets, whenever possible. If your jewelry is mod/copy, it'll be easiest-- you can have copies to wear singly and copies to wear as sets.

Multiple rings can be linked so they can all attach to the hand as one point; multiple ear piercings can be linked so they all attach to the ear; necklaces can be linked so they both attach to the chest, etc. (Or to the spine, which would leave the chest point free for nipple rings.)

Get a posing stand (free in a lot of places) and rez the pieces on the ground, edit them to position them on yourself, then go to tools/link to join them. You can then choose 'attach to' to pick an attachment point and edit the position of the piece. When linking sets, you might also want to change the name to show what pieces are linked, and where they attach.

If the jewelry you wear isn't modifyable (meaning, it couldn't be linked with others) and it's important to you to be able to wear a lot at once, you might want to ask the maker for a modifyable copy of the piece.
