I go to the log on page and its saids online, then try to logon and saids go to the blog then I go there it dont state its down.. but if you pull up status site it saids its offline lollll which one is it????? http://www.secondlife.com/status/

Yeah, LL seems to be confused as to whether they're up or not. The site says they're down, but I'm in world right now. That being said, they might as well be down, because nothing is working at all.

SL is "UP" but not usable. Its kind of like saying you have light because your electric service is on but you have no lightbulbs to fill the sockets.
