This thread is related to the popular, "Do we have free speech in SL?", only its a little more fact specific and is a distinct question. When my account is reactivate in four days, will my account be terminated if I go to the public road near '[edited]' and carry a sign reading, "The owner of this establishment rudely ejects patrons from the premises without courtesy of a notice or warning, please do not patronize this establishment." I don't intend to enter the property or block entry to the establishment. I feel that I need ask this question because my account was terminated this evening because after being ejected from the property, landing on the public road nearby, and being immediately told by the owner that I could not 'linger' in the area, I told the owner I would not leave the area immediately unless he apologized for ejecting me in a humilating manner without any prior request to leave, notice, or warning. (My intent was to make the owner realize that its better for a more civil society if owners ask people -- at least people who are not causing any imminent harm to persons or property -- to leave than ejecting such people without warning.) (See /139/3b/153580/1.html#post1354256 /139/d7/153583/1.html#post1354265 /139/98/153585/1.html#post1354269 ) I feel that I need to ask this question here, rather than in Linden Questions because I am afraid that LL may just decide that I am just not worth the trouble to their Business bottom line and decide to permanently terminate me without letting me back in. most probably .. yes. If you blatantly defy TOS immediately after being let in, I would expect Permaban very quickly.

People who own land have 100 % full right to eject and ban you as they choose, and do not owe you an apology for it. Get over it. You might be right that it is better to be polite about it, but your best chance to get that is to just go elsewhere and talk to people who are polite.
If you keep on ranting about it to them after they have made clear they are not interested in discussing their ban policies, that is very much worth an abuse report, in my opinion.

Did the owner violate the ToS by ejecting you? I don't think so. Was he very rude? Yes, I agree.
Personally, I don't think it's an issue. In RL things like this happen all the time when you go to clubs and bars. People are refused entry for any possible reason. They have every right to do so (and they have the right to be rude too).
I suspect your account was suspended because you threatened to violate the owner's rights - "I told the owner I would not leave the area immediately unless he apologized for ejecting me". A bit harsh, I would say, but you have to respect other people's rights.
You have the right to protest as much as you want, including carrying a sign as you describe. As long as the message does not violate the ToS.

Ok first, you cannot name names on the forums. You have a dispute with a specific land owner, and have made this dispute public by naming that party; that is not permitted on the SL forums. From: Guidelines Private discussions – the forums are a public area for the Second Life community’s use. Individuals who have a dispute with each other have other channels of communication to discuss their differences or communicate – private messaging, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life. Also, threads that are addressed to a single individual or group are inappropriate on the forums, this includes slander or "naming names" in a posts title, starting polls about a particular resident or group, etc.
Locking and sending to LR. Technically speaking you do not have freedom of speech; the TOS does not guaranty it, LL generally does not police speech so it is moot. Freedom of speech is the right to speak out against the establishment; It does not give you the right to slander or make libelous comments at the expense of others (these are both TOS violations). The TOS & CS boil down to this: Treat people with respect, and try not to do anything to upset or bother them. Don't take my word for it, read the CS and TOS Community StandardsTerms Of ServiceSL is a big place, if you don't like someone or some place just avoid it.
