Hi folks,
i just bought a shape package and put it on. Everything worked fine...then I bought something else and logged off because I wanted to increase my L$. After my next logon the second thing I bought was still there, but my shape-package isnt in my inventory any longer and I my av looks weird. What can I do? I already waited for a couple of minutes and logged on twice...with no effect.

in your inventory, switch from listing items by alpha to 'by date' and see if you can find it.
did you 'save an outfit"? if so, it probably just got moved into another folder. you may have to open them all to locate it.

Inventory can get lost due to a bug. Sometimes it can be resolved by clearing the client cache and relogging (the Network tab in the preferences has a Clear Cache button).
If that doesn't help, contact the seller. They can check their transaction history, confirm that you purchased it and send you a new copy. Shouldn't be a problem, at least if the item was not transferable (shapes usually aren't).

Thanks for your support guys,
well...I´m still wearing the package partly. My AV is totally messed and looks as if no shape etc is attached. However the skin seems to be party active as I´m wearing the skin partly...just looks weird. My transaction history includes the transaction of the package which wasn transferable, so I guess I´ll go to the seller and ask for a second copy. Next to this I already reseted my temp-cache and logged in after a break of 24h. The item, which has been bought after the package is still in my inventory. The package couldnt be found...weird.
