I think this person would like to know how to get authenticated. If we pay as members is that an "authentication"?

Ritchey - do you mean you can't buy the lindens to make the purchase? If so, try buying the cash on the website - there's been a problem with the Lindex in-world.

If your getting a red error message stating unable to authenticate information at this time, and you are a premuim member attempting to buy land, it's just sl acting up. Sometimes logging helps, otherwise you just have to wait for sl to kick in gear.
(Thats if I am picturing the same error on the buy screen that you are talking about =) )
