i have a tqtoo for my lower back. when i wear it if i put panties on the tatoo goes away.
how can i wear both at the same time

Is the tattoo on an underwear layer? What kind of little icon do you see next to the name of the tattoo in your Inventory?

Ask the creator of your skin to place it directly on your skin, it costs for custom work, but if you want to look good, that is the way to go.
