I set a mainland parcel to sell to a specific buyer for a little over L$30,000 today. She bought the parcel, title transferred to her, but I never got my money. She said that she was charged for it in her account. I've bought and sold quite a few parcels over the last eight months; this has never happened before.
I filed a bug report and got a support ticket request.
Has anyone else had this problem lately?

Was it group land? The sale of group land is processed differently and at midnight usually on the day of sale.

Might be making this up...but I think you can look at group transactions or some other function to see exactly how much of the money each group member will get, even if the payment to your group is pending.

Thank you, yes it was a group sale, and everything seems to be fine this morning. The thing that threw me is that in the group accounting window (before the dividend was paid), the split between me and my partner was wrong, and I had assumed it was for a different transaction. Last night, my 1/2 split for a L$30,000 sale was showing up in the Groups window as L$10,000 for my share. This morning, the dividend showed up in my transactions at the website as the correct L$15000.
Since group L$ accounting is so bad, and lacking in details, I think what we're going to do is just avoid selling anything through the group. With the detailed transactions pages at the website my partner and I can add it up and settle it between us with "gift", and keep the accounting clean.
Does anyone have a better solution to this for group sales?

not a better solution but with group sales (even if slow by ll accountanhts), u know that u get ur share no matter what the numbers are or the amount, not saying to mistrust ur partner but ppl do strange things for money
