Lost the HUD in Tutorial (with all the stars) HELP

Hi All,

Im in the middle of the tutorial and i've lost the HUD with the tasks that light up as stars after you've completed them. How do I get this back?

Also I can't find the last 'task' on the Appearance Tasks.

1st is the torch! task
2nd is the chainmail shirt task
3rd is the change your appearance task.

What are the others?
