Best Holiday Backgrounds?

I am going to send out a holiday card with a pic of me and my partner dressed in holiday red and green. I will be using a pose ball that has us standing and holding hands.
What I want to know: What is the best location to take this shot? I want a place that captures the look of the season, with good light, and ease of shot without too many avies about.
