At approximately 1 pm SL time on Saturday I was retrieving (click/take) my new dog, Snoopy. It was going very slow. Then there was an annoucement of a regional restart. Everyone online in 5 minutes would be logged off. When I came back on, Snoopy was gone (except for his bowl and bed). He is not in my inventory. This was a very expensive dog that does tricks. I just purchased him an hour before. Is he lost forever? What do I do? Thanks for any help.

Donny London IM the seller and tell him the story. Perhaps they will replace him. Yes snoopy has gone to a better place. Hopefully he is frolicking with my missing crab, Sideways.

Yes, if it was from VKC, go to their dog park on Turing Island. They have a really great system to "find" (replace) lost ones and fix broken ones.
If it wasn't, then yeah, IM the seller and hope they'll replace it in light of the technical snafu.
