I have discovered a serious glitch in my account.
I spoke to Billing (three times - after waiting about 10 mins) and everything they suggested did not work. I have since phoned three times and been unable to get through.
I have sent 3 emails to billing but no response - and it's the sort of problem that's difficult to write down anyway and needs "talking" through with a live human being....
Please, residents, any advice ?????????????

Make a note as to the the hourly time difference in your area compared to that of Linden Lab's. The in world time is the same time as California. Time it so that when you call, it is 5 minutes after when business hours start.
