Can someone tell me how to add this...

Second Life Time: 6:35:22 PM
Total Residents: 963,203
Logged In Last 60 Days: 396,616
Online Now: 12,201
US$ Spent Last 24 Hrs: 422,353

From the SL offical site to my blog?
Also some of the Economic Statistics content would be handy to?
Sorry if I am asking this in the wrong place.
Thx

The five pieces of information provided are insufficient to generate a Meaningful statistic as each represents Data not directly related to each of the others because of time spans represented.(With the exception of#'s 1 and 4 which will give you percentage of Players Immediately active.

Since the broadest time period given is 60 days, to get some ballpark stats i suggest observing, or obtaining the other Four stats,(Hourly observations of Stat # 4 will give you peak player times.) for a period of sixty days.Once you have compiled this information you can then determine;

-average percentage of Total SL resident accounts that are active.
-averaged per capita $L expenitures hourly/Daily/Monthly
-Peak spending days of the week
-peak player days of the week
-peak player times

Those are the ones that come Immediately to mind, but then I never excelled at Mathematics Myself, I'm sure with a Little more work other game conditions can be determined from just these Five.
If you ask LL, I'm sure they can provide just about any Stat you desire based upon the past One, Two, and Three years of records, which they would naturally have kept for their own reference since SL opened.

And remember
"87.236% of all statistics are made up on the spot" :D

I read an article a long time ago, in a "Ripley's Believe it or Not" novel that proved statisticly that a person holding down a steady Full Time job actually did NO work at all in a one year period. I checked the Math in many ways, and the Stats continuously proved out.

If any of you Collect old Ripley's Novels, you will probably be familiar with that one.

Numbers DO Lie.

Go to Yadni's Junkyard, and Check the Freebies, I believe there Is a scripted device that tracks and records some land usage stats automaticly.
I Know i have something like that somewhere in my overburdened inventory, and i Remember it coming in a Box of Freebies.

Best option is to ask linden lab in an email for the HTML. I doubt you'll get a response.. but I also don't see why they wouldn't want to have that box available for other people's websites

what happens if you 'view source' of the secondlife.com page? is there something in all that source code that is html for the box?
