Is there any way to get transaction data besides the one month time period in the "Transaction History" (i.e. previous months)? Is it there but am I missing something? I'd sure like to see how sales do and chart them out on a per month basis without having to download the data on the last day of each month (i.e. not always possible).

No.
LL only offers the last 30 days transaction history.
