Would it be a good idea to simply merge the Property for Sale and Land for Sale forums? Currently it seems most ads appear in both of them, which is a bit tedious for the reader and extra hassle for the poster. It's not entirely clear to me (and probably for many people) how to choose between them. They're so close in purpose anyway.
