I tried putting items in my shop but they keep getting returned to me in the lost and found thing. What am I doing wrong?

Were there any instructions where you rented the shop?
It might have to do with needing to have a group active, a group for folks that rent at that place.
Look for instructions, IM the person you rented from, read there profile.
Instructions might be in a notecard that you may have already accepted into you inventory, or in a notecard in the rental box, or in the parcel's covenant, if it has one.
