I am currently building a gallery for the pictures I have made inside SL. As long it al is not ready the door of the building are locked.
I do know that it is very easy to get by locked doors.

Because I am curious who will be visiting the gallery, I have placed a visitor-counter inside the building that only tracks people inside the building. Also I did set the landing point outside the building, so people don’t land inside the building by accident.

Even the doors are locked, the visitor counter picks up regularly people (I have tested it more then once, it only picks up people inside the building).
When I send those people a IM about it, it seems that all of them ended up by lag... at least they say so (of some I am 100% sure lag was not reason, because they entered while I was there).

Anyway, I would like to know how big the change is you end up by lag in a building?

I mean, when I am suffering badly from lag, I make strange moves… but I always end up at the point where the lag started.

Just curious, that is all…. (and wondering about all those people suffering from bad lag around my gallery ^^).

Hi, I used to end up in residents homes ALL THE TIME because of lag, it was so bad I wore a flip title saying "If I end up in your house- I lagged"

After I stopped using wireless internet the problem stopped.

But yeah, it is possible to end up in homes due to lag. Pretty embarassing to.
