Please Help

I need help. I posted yesterday saying what problems I was experiencing with my avatar. Now I am really concernewd. I cannot log on correctly. When I do log on I arrive in the centre of a mountain. Or a nightmare landscape. I can't walk, can't fly. Sometime I have no money. The little red line at top right corner is fluctuating. I have dumped all attachments. My SL partner is horror struck and blames himswlf because I took on an attachment he offered, When problems were going on yesterday I was struck so hard I actuallty couldnt even move except to slide alone the floor then crumple into a nasty lump then go flowing off into space. Please give advice to me. I really need help! I cannot even connect to my region when I log on - so I cant log on!
What must I do?

Hmm.. Try this: Log out and at the log in screen, go to preferences, network and press the clear cache button. Shut the program down. Then go back to the login screen, preferences and chose a location, such as Ahern to log into. Log in. This should fix the missing L and the other issues.

If you return to the sim that was causing problems, and they start up again, then you made need to get on the Help Request and see if a Linden might be willing to restart the sim.

When this happened to me, the above part fixed the client side and I returned to my home sim in Disl. I found that I couldn't interact with anything scripted and neither could anyone else. So, it required a Linden to restart the sim and problem was fixed.
