How long to transfer an island....

How long does it take Linden Labs to transfer an island, Its been at least 2 weeks on one island and a week on the other, every other island I have purchased has been trasnferred in days?
We at least need confirmation that our transfers are in the works, it really makes people nervous when you arent given any kind of indication that everything is in the works to be trasnferred.

She'll get it fixed. To answer your question directly, they should have been transferred by now.

Yes, Cyn has been very good to me and has helped alot in the past, I wasnt sure if I was supposed to contact her directly anymore since they supposidly got more staff

I have emailed now 4 or 5 times, Im not sure about the new owner but it is really starting to cause friction here, Can someone Please tell me what the heck is going on, I never had a transfer take this long. Has anyone else been having these troubles?
