group liability question

I own a group. My members DO NOT pay group liabilities or receive group dividends. Only I as the owner are set for this.
The signup fee for the group is set to L300
I suspect that signup fee will be put into my account?
And do I have to use it for the purchase of land or can I sell my Lindens on the xchange?

Each night, the cash balance accumulated by the group during the day will be divided up equally and transferred to the accounts with this priviledge (in your case, to you). That money is then theirs to do with as they please. So you can spend it, lend it, give it away, or cash it out.
