so i tried to auktion a place some minutes ago and had to find out that i cant buy more than 512 sQm ? also not allowed to buy more than a certain amount or $ each day? is this correct?
i am little confused need some help i believe.

Purchase limits are quite a bit lower in the first 30 days of residency, as seen here:
