Hi,
There is a problem with people's online status as soon as they enter (teleport to) our island. From then on they are listed as offline in the people's search, teleport invitations are not delivered and IM's are send by email instead of in-game. The friends list shows them as being online correctly.
Is this a know problem and what can i do about it ?
In Region/Estate tools we have:
- Public Access / On
- Allow Direct Teleport / Off
A telehub has been set up as a landing point for the island.

I believe private islands have a option along the lines of "Visible from the mainland". If this is set to No/Off....people on your island will be shown as offline.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion. "Visible from the mainland" was renamed "Public Access" in the last patch. And it is set to ON. That is not the issue becouse people can find the place in search and TP to the island without problems. The land shows up in the places search, and the island shows up on the map. The problem is that people are listed "offline" after they arrive on the island. |
