Why no linden bonus for becoming premium?

In the last two hours my company added two more people to SL. Now for some reason... we... never got the bonus. Each of them had our boss as referals. Both were upgraded to premium. (Including this one) However for some strange reason both this account, and our friends never recieved any bonus for becoming premium, nor did our boss get a 2000 linden bonus.
Is anyone having any issues with either recieving referal bonus's or lindens, or stipends... or new members like me not recieving their bonus?
I left a support querry however timezones took their toll or I would have rung up support.
Any help is much appreciated.

-Lazric I think the referral bonus take at least a month to reach the account. Not in a few hours.. you need more patient dealing with LL and good luck. |

AH yes that is true whoever what about the 1250 for becoming premium - My bosses went through right away but where is mine  I need to shop  -Lazric |

Yeah, that's happened w/ me before..I recommend SL for folks to try out free, & using my avatars' name as the refferral. ONE day, I signed up 2 people & they both got L$ from the start...once of those went premium & after about 2 weeks his stipend "kicked in".

Assuming your credit card hasn't been declined, you will receive your signup bonus 45 days after your signup date. and From: someone In other words, you'll receive L$2000 from us approximately 31-35 days after your friend signs up for a Premium Account. Edited to add: They also used to give a smaller bonus for signing up with a PayPal account, which you received immediately, but I didn't check to see if they still do.

I have been a premium member for over 45 days and have not recieved my bonus. isent a ticket and got this reply

I bet the 31/35 days issue is to ensure customers don't request a refund via their CC company..whereas with Paypal that doesn't apply. (I believe Paypal take longer to answer the phone than LL.)  |
