Does the Group Owner get paid?

I understand that land contributions to a group are shared among the members. But who gest the Lindens for the price paid to join a group initially? Is that the group owner only or is that too shared among the members?

I would think that the owner gets the group signup $'s .

Depends on how the group roles are set up. It could just be the owner. It could be split between those in certain roles. It could get split to everyone.
