Is there a way to recall an item I accidentally gave to the wrong person?
I was trying to give an item to my alt but gave it to someone with a very similar name by mistake.
I was lazy, was using the search function to do it.

Have a look in your Transactions History. You can find that in your account page in the website. Left column > Account > Transaction History.

I think the OP means "recall" not as in "remember" but as in "get back"... in which case I'm afraid the answer is "no".

You could try asking the person who got it to give it back.

You could try asking the person who got it to give it back. Yes. Absolutely. But..... Ask me nicely. Like duh! *You* made a mistake. And.... I could be nicer than your alt. _____________________

A good way to avoid the mistake, is to keep your alt on your friends' list - then pull up profile directly from the friends' list, rather than using the search tool.

A good way to avoid the mistake, is to keep your alt on your friends' list - then pull up profile directly from the friends' list, rather than using the search tool. More than one reason to make yourself a friend to your alts. Give your alts all the rights and capabilities as your primary including the ability to map yourselves for that inevitable time one of you will be "ghosted". |
