I have a small piece of land which i own on the mainland (512 size). It is currently a pub but not really working.
I am looking for someone who has a business (clothes, art whatever really) who is looking to expand and needs possibly a second shop / premesis etc. The land is not being used efectively at the moment and if somebody has a business that they would like to expand please get in touch with me.
I am not looking for any rent, it will be completely free of charge. All i would ask for is a percentage of the sales from the stock which is sold at that premesis.
