renting audio streams

i have been DJ'ing at several clubs and have been using their streams up till now...what i am looking for is a website that offers audio streams that i can rent using RL money monthly

i remember seeing one called something like secondlifestreams.com but i cant seem to find it

if anyone has that site or others that they can reccomend i would really appreciate it

I use Spacialnet.com. They are the people who wrote SAM Broadcaster that most of the DJs in SL use. I've not had any problems w/them and they offer custom stream setups to fit your needs.

(I don't know anything about them, just a name I dug looking for the one you mentionned)

also does anyone know the website that is SL orientated that rents the streams?

Videos are easier.... I simply upload them to my ftp for my web page then can access the video from there.... like....

and it plays from there.

yes i know i can do that :) but if i 'streamed' it like how you do dj'ing for audio then
when ppl come and watch we will at be at the 'same place' in the film / video at teh same time, and new users would not start at the beginning each time....


just an idea ;) to make video more like RL and keep us all 'in sync' on the movie

Poopmaster,

I hope you figure this out. It would be really cool to set up a movie night event and know that everyone was seeing the same scene at the same time. If you had the land and prims, a drive-in theater set up would be great.
