Hello!

Recently I made a group where I can put renters of my land and where I give them their accsess. I've donated 512 sq m of land to the group I am the owner of, so what I would like to know is what will happen when I sell the group-owned land? Will I be able to choose whats going to happend, will I recieve the money or will it be split to all of the members? I don't know, and I'm a bit afraid that I've done something stupid. Will I still maintain my 0$ monthly cost if I get the 512 sq m of land back?

In the group window, under abilities, check who has the "Receive group dividend/pay liabilities" ability. Anyone listed there will get an equal share of any balance that's present in the group, or will be charged (in the case the parcel is listed in search).

Also, you'll never get charged for the first 512m² of tier, no matter how you use it (don't use it all, use it for land, or donate it to a group).

(Edited to add that I think that anything you donate to a group is always considered to be in use. So if you were to donate 512m² to a group, even if that group has no land, and decide to buy a 512m² plot for yourself (not for that group), you'll need to first reclaim your 512m² or get bumped up in tier)

erm...I'm not sure. It certainly used to be the case that group members would all get an equal share, but I am not sure if that changed with the fairly recent group overhall.

To be safe, you coul dwithdraw your tier from group, set to sell to yourself for 0L, and then once you have taken ownership in your name, set for sale properly.
