Sorry if this was covered somewhere, didn't find it in search.
Our Island has been "delivered" but no one can go to it.
When you try to teleport there it says "can not enter destination".
Is there more steps we need to do?

Here were the instructions I got in an email for mine:
"You can find it by going to World-->My Land in the Menu, or by logging directly into the region from the login page. Be sure to read the Private Estate Guide in the knowledge base."
I think the owner has to log in and go into the estate settings to allow others and make the island visible.

If the owner can't tp there either, it may be the current teleport bug. Means, it will likely work from a mainland sim only.
