1ST they took away ONLINE hell-p

IF you think that is bad..

Tonight they have just discontinued the phoneline hell-p

YES it is true! Now the only way to contact LL is by 'sending' a message to them

Try dialing the phone number it tells you it is discontinued
Without warning or reason (they have the right to do that anyway)

Look for the help page the phone numbers have been removed

This has got to be a bad sign, best start to watch the share index?

The problem isn't that we didn't have advanced warning. The problem was they used the word, "soon." And they haven't announced that the changes are now 'live.' From this point folks, unless you have a concierge account, you'll never hear another Linden voice. Okay, maybe just until Voice goes live

Problem is that they failed to have all the venues open, such as Live Chat. I didn't see a tag in the portal on how to do it and that's frustrating. Oh, I'm sure the Live Chat is available for the Concierge accounts, which has a link for them. But what about us premiums, which were supposed to get it? Where's our link? I searched as much as possible for it.. and no dice.

If you know where it is, please, please, please let me know!

I do not see a link for the live chat (I'm a concierge user).

Oh don't get me wrong, they should have said "The new support goes live on the 24th" or something to that effect, but honestly I'm not surprised it just showed up witrhout warning, and incomplete.

Something's wrong. It's not Friday after work hours yet.

Memorial Day weekend in the US...perhaps some are making it a 4 day weekend and starting it this afternoon?

*noddles* Thank you for letting me know that. I'm a little less miffed now! It'd have been nice to have a "Premium" link too, AND have both links stating "Not available at this time." Would have made me a less annoyed!

ONLINE HELP, NOT PHONE LINE HELP


NO THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE INCREASING THE (UK ANYWAY) TO 24/7



NO AGAIN REF'S TO ONLINE HELP BUT ALSO STATES ;

"They were always there when we needed them to answer questions, deal with standards violations, and help newcomers. As we’ve grown though, it’s become apparent that this system needs some reconfiguring. We don’t want to lose the value the liaisons bring, but we also can’t scale the team indefinitely (one calculation had us hiring nearly 800 liaisons by the end of 2008!)."

We have lost that support.

WHERE is the live chat support they talked about there?




I WAS REFERRING TO THE US$ / L$ EXCHANGE ,
Todays high was L$277 per US$
Todays low was L$265 per US$
It is in a decline.

I don't know how you can say that when those have been the min/max numbers for about 8 months now...
