Group Members Donating Teir

I have created a group that owns land where currently all the Teir (along with the land deed) is contributed by myself. I have members who have now offered to donate some tier to the group.

I should be able to uncheck the 'Owner makes contribution with deed' box on the about page after they have donated their tier (on parcels that are equivalent to their tier donation) correct?

We don't want to own any more land at the moment - we just split up the tier amoungst the active members.

My neighbor inworld informed me that I can remove the equivalent amount of my tier donation from the Groups -> Land $ tab after they have made their contribution. In the event that they ever remove their donation I would have 24-hours to replace it.
