I am having really hard time finding things.
I can't even find the right thing for example rating or rate.
Any pointers?
Please don't say contact live help because they aren't available 70 percent of time.

Welcome to the Google era. Everyone in the world had switched from the old library-style, logically-organized collection of documents to the unstructured "Knowledge Base" paradigm. Information structure is lost forever.

Quit SL, read the help in your web browser page-by-page, and you will learn a lot:

Thanks f1 in game the help thing is just too small for me to read.
I have read parts of it but sometimes I want to find specific things and I just can't find it like how to do specific explaination of a specific type of function or script, limitations and possiblities for creating within the game, how not to be scammed or how high can I build or how does the rating thing work, etc. lot of my questions just aren't there or I can't find them because I don't know how to look.
I am sort of half of time not wanting to bother asking in forums because as most similar communities that learning curve is very complecated once you know stuff you get annoyed at having to explain it to newbies like myself and I get it but its frusterating too.

If the F1 help is too small to read, you might try using the Opera browser. Opera does an excellent job of magnifying web pages. Even if you don't want to use it for everyday use it might serve your purpose for reading a large amount of small text.

You might try going to searchsl.com and seeing if the SL specific search engine Cristiano Midnight provides helps you find the answers you need.
