After the update I uninstalled SL and started with a fresh install. Unfortunately First Look is no longer available to download on the website. Anyone know why? Now I'm stuck using the original viewer which is much slower for me.

All the changes First Look was testing were incorporated into the main viewer as of 1.14. The newest version 1.15 also includes all the First Look improvements.
There is no more 'first look'. Or 'first look' is now the official version. Depending on your point of view. Six = 1/2 dozen.

Even if you could download the old First Look, it wouldn't do you any good since you can't use it to connect to the grid anymore.
There will supposedly be another First Look series in a few weeks to act as a preview for voice integration on the main grid.
