I am wondering if i create a group with small letter, anybody else can create the same group name with capital letter? thanks.
Such as my created group: "linux china", anbody else can create "Linux China"?

Later she wanted this different. She was not able to change the name or create a new group with the name in none capitals. Morwen. |
