Hi, I was wondering if people would mind telling me some places that I can find some Lucky Chairs. I'd like to try my luck and win some prizes. I heard that these chairs are gender specific in some cases. My avatar is male most of the time, but I guess I can transform into a woman if the lucky letter happens to be G. lol Thanks.

Just use the search menu... lucky chair... or lucky... usually bring up a huge list of places. You don't have to change your gender to win the prize. Most prizes are non-transfer so if you get lots of women's clothes you're stuck with them.

Search Lucky Chair in groups tab. There are several. When you join for free you are privy to their chat frequencies. They shout out the letter and locations of chairs all over SL.

Hit the search button, select the "groups" tab, and look for a group called Super Awesome Lucky Chair Wow (just typing in "super awe" should probably be enough letters for a match) - the group is free to join, and last time I looked it had about 1700 members... they should be able to hook you up with some interesting chairs There's also a free-to-join group devoted to finding chairs which contain prizes that men would be interested in. (Chairs aren't gender-specific as such.... but you'll find that the vast majority of them are loaded with non-transferrable female clothing prizes that men wouldn't be interested in). Unfortunately, ever since LL broke the search, it's almost impossible to find that particular group (and most other chair-seeking groups) from the search facility, as the title begins with a string of unguessable non-alpha characters. Somebody in "super awesome" might be able to steer you in the right direction though.

I understand that Hoshi Kiama has a pretty good list as well as some kind of Lucky chair HUD for organizing and hunting down Lucky chairs. The woman that runs Hoshi's SL partner, Stephanie, is a RL co-worker of mine. She says to tell you hi. She also says that you should contact her in world. Something about having a list of male specific lucky chairs for you.
