To be more specific it appears to work, I get charged and end up with grey file of nothingness instead of the image.

To double check I tried uploading an image that worked fine two days ago. Now I just get grey.

Is it me? Or SL?

And I just got done clearing cache and rebooting whole PC so I doubt if that is the problem.

Could this be a lag issue? I also sometimes had the experience that, after an upload, I was staring ar a grey square for 30 seconds or so before the picture finally popped up. However, the transfers went through all the time ... after some time.

Yes probably lag.....*sigh*

I gave up after a few minutes and rebooted. Now the images come into view a few seconds after opening them. *grumble mumble*

Oh well I'm glad I didn't waste a whole 50L. Cheers

30 minute wait times is 27min over the boundry of waiting.

Chances are your image is still being processed. When you upload your image, it is saved to a location, converted to a specific format, then stored in SL. There are 10,000 residents doing the same thing, so you're probably in a queue.

But in regards to waiting 30 minutes. That's ridiculous.
