Hey all!

Can anyone tell me, is it possible to set up a group that allows only myself to send messages to all members?
For example as an announcement channel for new versions or bugfixes of things I sell.

I have already looked at all options on the group dialog, but it didn't appear to me..

Thanks!

You can send out "Notices" for announcements and make it so only you can send notices out to the group. As far as the Group chat channel theres no way that I know of to stop people from talking in there or starting a convo in there.

What Six said, with the added observation that a number of groups set up for this purpose actually say "This group is for announcements only, no conversations!" in the group charter. Most people will understand when signing up, and those who don't can be reprimanded or banned at your discretion.
