There is a new neighbor in my sim that is running a place called "Italian Sex Club" or some such thing (see it at Newt 93,64,5  . There are sex balls and X-rated images in the upstairs level of his mansion. This is in a PG sim. Now, even if this is indoors, since it's in a PG sim it is abuse reportable, correct? |

Yup. The ratings are not just suggestions. People buy in PG regions to get away from that stuff.

I took a look at this place. From what I saw, it looks like a typical SL bar/casino. The upstairs area could be a private area for the owner. The images I saw were rather tame for porn. I'd guess the owner may not be aware of what the TOS says about what is allowed in a PG sim. The place looks fairly tame. Take down 2 images, and the place is fairly PG. That is just my opinion.
Oddly enough, there is land in the same sim which is billed as a "flat, mature beautiful area". I'm not sure if misrepresenting PG land as "Mature" is exactly AR material.
