Paypal account not seen by Linden Research

I paid for the year back in December 2006. I have been using the same Paypal from day one.
Then on May 10th I bought some land at auction. And then things went wrong. My Paypal account became restricted. So I canceled all agreements as instructed, increase billing limit jumped through all the hoops and now SL does not see my PP account at all. However up until the 13th of May I was still able by lindens!!!

So here I am with tier fees payable on the 3rd of June.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Any Ideas to fix it?

Yes I did ,"Jumping through hoops"?

The new support system runs you around in circles and suggests what you have already done, to do again....GRRRRR

And the live chat ? I have a premier fully funded PP acount but if LS don't see it then I can't use it....GRRRR again

Okay, if you paid for a year, then you are a Premium account. This means that yes, you can use the Live Chat. Let me guess, you used the search thingy on the left after logging into the Solution Portal?

The reason I was so irritated with the new solution portal is because I couldn't find the Live Chat option either. So, for you premium accounts, take notes. Don't use the "quick search feature" on the left after you log into the portal. If you read the FAQ, it will tell you to click on the Solution Finder button. From there, if you get the options listed in the FAQ. Eventually, you will be allowed the option of the Live Chat.

Keep in mind that today is a holiday in the US, so you might not get anyone, but I hope this helps Stoney!

I have sort of the same problem. Need to increase my credit, but i can't.
Where do i find "live chat"?

Hard to find, but it worked.
From the support portal, click in Solution Finder, and always click on "My answer is not here"
