deleteing acount "pending'

why does it take a month to remove acount? 'why cant it be as quick as registering one?'
i had to leave my old one cos of griefers, is there a easier way to leave it? [its not a pay one]

If you aren't paying subs or tier ashlyn, then I'd simply abandon it or are you after creating a new verified basic account?
